Labneh is a soft white cheese made with yogurt, which gives it a light "lemon" flavor. It is called Labneh in the Middle-East, but its name varies depending on the country where it's made : Chakka (India), Skyr (Iceland), Mastou (Iraq), Sakoulas (Greece), etc.
